I love juice!

I love juice!

I've done it!

On Thursday I passed my practical riding test and so I can now ride any motorbike I like.

I've been training under the DAS (Direct Access Scheme) which allows car drivers to do an accelerated course in motorbike riding. After completing a CBT (Compulsory Basic Training), a theory test (which includes a hazard perception test), module one (which is off-road) and finally the module two (the practical, on-road test) I can now get a motorbike.

My wife took this shot and liked it so I said I would post it for her.

The holiday seems so far away now.

My motorbike training continues after which I should get more free time and hopefully get out a bit with the camera. I've missed Autumn, which is a shame. I was looking out of my window at work as all the leaves were being blown around by the recent high winds and thought I could really have got some great shots with all that action. Maybe next time?

I've been learning to ride a motorbike and this has been taking up most of my weekend time.

I was due to spend a day riding but last night the neighbours darling little girl decided to have a party while her parents were out and kept us up all night

Consequently, I was really tired this morning and not really fit to do much riding today. Carl, my instructor, ended the session early (after I dropped the bike!) and so I slopped off home to lick my wounds.
