I saw my friends at the weekend in Brighton for a Christmas getogether and to ask them if they would be my best men.
Not satisfied with one I had to have all of my pals, with whom I grew up with, in the role. Thankfully they agreed and now I can hardly wait until September.
As for the weekend it was another awesome time had by all. We don't see each other that much through the year being so far away from one another but when we do we make the most of our time. If I remember (and I had quite a bit to drink so I may be off slightly) I think I staggered to bed finally at 4.30 which is unbelievable for me. I mean most times in the week I am usually in bed by 10!
On the downside I did manage to wake my Nik in the early hours and then proceed to keep her awake with my snoring (sorry baby).
This shot was taken at the pub we had dinner at near my friend Chris's house. The people in the picture are (from left to right) Nik, Rachel, me, Nick, John and Chris.
It is the last day at work tomorrow and I'm excited. We will wrap up all loose ends by lunch, open our secret santa presents then play head-to-head shoot 'em up games followed by a spot of Rockband. Then it's off for a Christmas feed to La Dolce Vita in Leicester, Narborough Road. Yay!
A fitting start to the Christmas holidays methinks.
