Still fighting the bug!
As a consequence, it meant I've missed a party last night, which I'm none too pleased about. In a way I am glad as I still feel terrible today and, for the first time in ages, I don't think I will get to run. I hate not exercising on the weekends. It's my mainstay and I always feel really unhealthy at the start of the week if I miss it.
But enough of the winging. Here is something a little different for today’s photograph and slightly more comical than usual. I had to recall an image of myself from the archive for work and found this in one of the folders while I was rooting around. For the record, I had been on a run, as had the dog (I think?), and I was dribbling water from my bottle down for the dog to lap. She wasn't really coming in for the kill.
Interesting that this photo does seem to tell a different tale. A good example of how media can mislead?
