The mummy

I must admit I have been rather busy of late sorting out all manner of things including my new iPhone, which rocks.

These bits of kit are fantastic and I can't recommend them enough, especially if, like me, you're into Apple kit.

The phone is fast, the apps are brilliant and the O2 coverage isn't bad although not quite up to Orange's standard. To be honest if the handset had been available on Orange I wouldn't have moved as, over the years, they have been pretty good.

I popped out tonight and had a quick run using the Nike+ system, which now comes integrated into the iPhone 3Gs. It is kinda cool to kick in with your 'Power Track' when you're heading for home and feel that burst of adrenaline. Again, another really great feature and one I was waiting for.

Later, when I got in from the run I uploaded my stats to the Nike+ website where you can chart your exercise regime. Brilliant! It really does give a boost to your efforts, which can't be a bad thing with me wanting to shift a few pounds before the wedding.
