Resource Page to be added

It occurs to me (after searching for them myself on the net) that people keep coming up with many questions about computing, design, photography and I.T. in general) so I plan to put up pages with any tips I can for people to find and use.

My Macbook, boxed Macbook Pro for sale Header

Well here it is. These machines are simply, the best. I started out on a PC and years later I am a convert. It is not that Macs simply work better, it is the luxury of having one of these machines - the beautiful design that goes into their manufacture. Even the packaging is a work of art.

Update - Sale Ended

I have had many offers for the laptop but nothing near its worth (at this time it is just over 2 months old).

Getting eBay involved in this has been a pain too - I have had emails coming through offering me my own machine! Too many scams at the moment make legitimate sales difficult.

I will hand on, save and get a base unit in Autumn / Winter and have great fun with my laptop now. It runs Windows games like a treat and is hosting Oblivion and Ghost Recon Advanced Fighter as I type.

Thanks to all who contacted me and were interested and not complete time wasters - good luck with your hunting! (you'll need it!)

oh, I have seen the new gloss screens - I like them but don't think they will go well with the professional user. I can see all kinds of problems (in my line of work). Which is why they only come as standard on the Macbooks and not the pro's, I imagine.
