Shades of Autumn

I walked home over the hilltop in my village and decided to stop to photograph the beautiful hues of Autumn in the leaves that had fallen thereabouts.

The colours were so rich I could have stopped and taken shot after shot, but hunger pangs shook me loose from creative endeavors.

I really love the intensity of today's shot. The LX3 really does work on so many levels. It's fast, captures beautiful colour and is so convenient. It's like I am getting into photography all over again.

All I can say is if you are an experienced DSLR user looking for a compact, take a look at this beauty.

What a shot, really nice

What a shot, really nice colors, well done...

That's the LX3 for you

Thanks EhsanT but the credit for the colour should go to the LX3. Beautiful camera. If you get the chance, have a go with one.

Ayup... that's nice. Lovely tones in this image and sharp as a tack. Voted!

Off to bed with you!

Thanks pal. You have got to love Autumn colours.

I hope you are getting a good nights sleep tonight dude? Remember, I still need another photo tomorrow and you could be the subject. I don't want Jo telling me off for posting anymore photos of you looking less than healthy. :)
